Growing up in Northeast Ohio, Carrie Astrab was drawn to caregiving from an early age and influenced by her family’s background in firefighting. She believes senior care should empower patients to remain active participants in their health decisions, which is why ArchWell Health’s patient-focused approach resonates with her. Carrie values building relationships and supporting independence at every stage of life. Outside of work, she loves skiing, hiking, kayaking, and traveling with friends.
